Just did some stats on , did only for texas service center
It appears that Notice Date is immaterial. As long as your PD is current.
So, you dont need to worry, if your notice date is Oct 2007 and TX processing date still shows July 17th. They are approving the cases as long as your PD is current in PD order which makes sense.
I see a case with Nov 12 2007 ND and PD of dec 2002 is approved.
Dont expect any LUD's either, Only suprise email matters....welcome to america, card production ordered.....:D

We had soft LUD on our cases as well, for both my wife and me. Hope it will be all good. My Atty mailed the application on 6/31 and it was receipted on 09/07/07.

Today I received the update on uscis web site, saying that "Approval notice sent".

if the 2k fee is passed over to H1 employee, then , her/his quality of life is further compromised to degrad ( in this economy as pay hike is tough ). That means more cheap labor and more competition to locals ( if thats how senator see h1 are low paid than locals )

I called the congresswomen and senator from our constituencies. They do not have any idea what I am talking about. I think I made them more confused than ever.
We need to come up with a letter format, which can be printed and send it to them by mail as well as we need to have web fax with a clear message.

I read in one of the Ron's post -CHc trying to stop even small immigration bills which has no amesty in it.So even the nurse recapture bill is at stake.
So ,I'm sorry -I beleive no one will even touch our case.Apply in EB2 port PD or get new PD either will be helpful .But seeing new backlog for I 140 its terrible.
I might apply for Canadian GC-Having kids here ,man they are adapted to this country living.That's the only thing bothering - kids future.
So this bill this year is at stake for sure.No one cares ...including change-what change there woudnt be any change in new party too.Its all drama going.I lost the trust.Its as if EB3 is not educated.
I'm just wondering-Will this problem be there if it were for ROW-or is it our color...that they dont want to aid.It's sure racism.
How many EB3 are there in total...Who asked them to flood the applications last year? :mad:
Its bloody hell out here.no wonder some people become saddist later half ...who woudnt when they are treated like this from begginning.
Now I have to hate myself applying in EB3.:rolleyes:
EB2 guys have been diverted from participating in any campaign now.so no bothering congressmen.
I have mailed to Senator Menendez -NJ thanking him for introducing the new bill and to do the needful.So far no news.

My H1 extension is under process. I had applied in Dec 2006. My DL expires on May 6. Is it possible to renew my license with the H1 extension receipt?. Is it possible to do Premium Processing now?
Not sure about NJ, but in NY they want to see your i94 that is attached to your approval notice if you dont have a valid stamp.
You do have time for premium processing but also find out locally if you can go back with an expired DL (expired within a month or so) , in most DMV I think they permit extension of expired DL. I am not sure about it, but You may want to verify.

Here is the exact wording from NSC. I have deleted all the irrelevant matter
For I-485 Denial:
You are applying on the basis of I-140, Petition for Immigration for Immigration Worker, filed on your behalf. However, record contains no evidence that a visa petition has been approved on your behalf. Since the record does not contain evidence that a visa petition has been approved in your behalf, your application is hereby denied.
For first MTR Denial:
However, it is noted that the Application to Adjust Status was filed on July 2, 2007 and Immigration Petition for Alien Worker was denied on September 4, 2007. Your application was only pending 2 months before the decision was made on the Immigration Petition for Alien Worker. You cannot port once the immigrant petition has been denied. Therefore, your motion is dismissed.

I got financing using EAD in March 2010, and got refinancing recently still using EAD but not the WFC. There should no criteria or need to have GC only. Talk to agent or other lender and you need one, "DESI company" let me know.
